Selection
We invest where information is scarce and origination is active. We look for opportunities outside traditional mandates: private debt with specific collateral, secondary funds at a discount, real estate ventures with a clear thesis. Most of what we evaluate does not get executed.

Structure
Every transaction is built before capital is committed. Contractual terms, governance, incentive alignment and protection mechanisms are negotiated one by one. Expected return matters as much as asymmetry: we target defined upside and contained downside.

Alignment
We co-invest in the vehicles we manage. We report at the frequency and depth we would expect as investors ourselves. The horizon of our decisions is the same as that of the capital entrusted to us.
